The First Shot Synopsis and Plot Summary
It tells the tale of Halan in the Northeast in 1997, prior to the formation of the Narcotics Control Bureau. In the midst of an unexpected drug crisis, an elite group is put together with each having each of their strengths, but are clueless about the latest drug.
