Peace and Joy Synopsis and Plot Summary

Cheng Lele and Chen An were in college and began dating. Cheng’s sudden death father caused a split between both families. In order to please Cheng’s mother Cheng Lele reluctantly broke up with Chen An and took on the heavy burden of his life.

After a few years, Cheng Lele was sent back to his home town to serve as the store manager for the struggling Xingchen Cinema, and unexpectedly found himself reunited together with Chen An.

Chen An had another identity as the president of the organization who made investments in Xingchen. To keep his job and keep the theatre, Cheng Lele had to confront his ex-boyfriend.

In this time, the two teamed up to resolve the numerous problems of The Star Cinema, solved the conflicts of the past, as they grew closer and reuniting.
