Dear Mr Hermitage Synopsis and Plot Summary

A food blogger Su Shi Yu loses a business opportunity she’s been looking for for a while, because her business partner is involved in unjust rivalry.

She is then forced to accept a bizarre assignment from Lin Xiao Jin Chairman of Haowei Coffee. The mission? Get Lin Wei, his son Lin Wei, to quit his meditation retreat, and then descend the mountain in order to inherit his family’s business.

Su Shi Yu initially believes that this is just a issue of convincing, but she constantly faces obstacles. Lin Wei proves to be an unmovable persona, who is committed to his meditation practice and possessing extraordinary logical abilities.

Su ShiYu’s social abilities fail to her in spite Lin Wei’s unwavering position. Yet, in this process Su Shi Yu, who appears to be a happy person, but suffers from loneliness in her heart eventually develops an inner sense of self-reliance.

She starts to become more enthused to Lin Wei’s ways of life. Lin Wei, in turn begins to be enthralled.

Two people from two different worlds join forces and believe that they can have a perfect life. But, unexpected events reveal the scars Lin Wei carries.

He has to face his inner demons and ask himself if he really is worthy of happiness?
