Broken Clouds 2 Synopsis and Plot Summary

On the skyline of the city, slender clouds are rising.

The anti-drug operation was conducted during the anti-drug operation in Gongzhou City three years ago because of a misstep in judgement by the commander-in-chief Jiang Ting.
