The blue-green algal bloom in Qijiang City is a result of the H Province. Wang Wu, Vice Mayor in charge of Environmental Protection, was forced to suspend his work due to excessive workload.
Lin Hanjiang has been appointed as the director of Qijiang City’s Environmental Protection Bureau. Lin Hanjiang was a university professor with a long history of outstanding achievements in environmental protection.
Lin Hanjiang discovered that cyanobacteria was hiding behind an increased environmental risk.
