The Elephant Is Right Here is produced by Rao Xiaozhi. The story follows Zhang Kuang, a down-and-out young man from a small city is determined to seize the opportunity to see the transformation of Xiangcheng.

The marathon started to engage with different citizens of the city, including entrepreneurs and gangsters to try and win an opportunity to hold the race however, it was later discovered that the event was a mistake.
