in a capital provincial in China the center for business is in danger of being attacked by terrorists. It is the SWAT team, headed by captain Liu Zhihao, resolves the problem. In the case of the bus hijacking, Gao Di, who is just arriving, looks the tricks used by Ma Long, the terrorist Ma Long and shows his ability.
