Hou Lang Synopsis and Plot Summary

Sun Tou Tou is a twenty-something orphan.She fights injustice and gets into trouble one day. She gets help from a professor at the University of Chinese Medicine named Ren Xin Zheng, who learns about her life.To give her a fresh start in life, Professor Ren accepts her into the TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) course.Sun Tou Tou accepts Ren Xin Zheng’s challenge to learn and eventually takes over his family’s TCM practice.

She dislikes a classmate, Professor Ren’s son Tian Zhen, because he has hampered her in the past.The quest for knowledge is already difficult enough without the additional generation gap between lecturers and students.She continues to mature and is administered conventional medicine.

As they learn to understand and sympathize with one another, Tou Tou and Tian Zhen grow closer together.Now is the time for Tou Tou, her classmates, and their professors to begin pursuing their goals.
